Ilyich-Avia airline is structural subdivision of JSC "Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol", the leader of domestic metallurgy industry. Ilyich-Avia was founded in 2002.
It has operator certificate No. 198 issued by the State Department of Aviation Transport of Ukraine on June, 1, 2005, Air Carrier License No. 118481 of March, 4, 2005.
ICAO code - ILL. Ilyich-Avia issues own traffic documents and air tickets. We use Aeronautical Fixed Telecommunication Network (AFTN) - UKCMQQDU, we also operates through air ticket booking and reservation systems SIRENA.
The main strategic goal is to provide passengers with a high service quality and safety on board the plane. Ilyich-Avia intends to strengthen its position and to provide stable development of transportation in the market of aviation carriages.
Ilyich-Avia's fleet includes four aircrafts:
- Two Antonov-140-100 (new comfortable aircrafts);
- Jakovlev-40 with high comfortable cabin;
- Jakovlev-40 with improved comfortable cabin.

Antonov-140-100 is aircraft of a new generation. It carries a maximum of 48 passengers. This type of aircraft has high level of comfort owing to low noise and vibration level in the cabin, modern interior, optimum seat pitch, good ventilation and light, baggage/cargo bay capacity. Antonov-140-100 corresponds to all international requirements.

Jakovlev-40 with high comfortable cabin carries a maximum of 23 passengers. It has stylish interior, comfortable seats with optimum seat pitch, low noise and vibration level in the cabin. The aircraft is furnished with modern audio equipment.
